From our Dundee base we arrange no-obligation surveys and quotes for heating finance across mainland Scotland and the islands. If you are ready to arrange a survey, the quickest way is to fill in our online quote form. The form takes a couple of minutes and asks for your name, contact details, postcode and what you're interested in. Once we receive your enquiry we'll contact you to confirm coverage in your area and book a survey at a convenient time. Alternatively, call us and we'll take your details over the phone.

What to have ready when you call

If you decide to call us, it helps to have a few details to hand. Your postcode is the most important — it lets us confirm immediately whether we can arrange a survey in your area. It's also useful to know your current heating type (for example, a combi boiler, a system boiler with a hot water cylinder, electric storage heaters, oil, or LPG), the approximate age of your current boiler if you have one, and the type of property you live in (flat, terraced house, semi, detached, bungalow). Don't worry if you're not sure about any of this — the surveyor will assess everything during the visit, and we can answer questions on the call.

If you're enquiring about an air source heat pump, it helps to know whether you have space outside for the external unit (a small area of ground or a wall with airflow around it), and whether you have a hot water cylinder or space for one. Again, the surveyor will assess this in detail, so don't worry if you're uncertain.

Working hours and response times

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. If you submit the online quote form outside working hours, we'll contact you the next working day. If you call and we can't answer immediately, leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as we can.
